I am your Gustl .
What am I doing here? I'm the boss here and I'll provide you with all the information you need during your stay. I'm sure you'll have fun with me.
My family and I feel at home in the impressive mountains of the Grossglockner and the magical region of Zell am See-Kaprun . With my soft fur and my little paws, I explore the picturesque landscape that surrounds me every day. My favorite place is a sunny rock from which I can overlook the valley. There I spend hours watching the hikers passing by and letting out my characteristic whistle to warn my fellow dogs.
Every now and then we are also discovered by hikers. It fills me with joy when visitors stop to admire me and maybe even take a photo of us. My life here in the mountains is an adventure full of discoveries and encounters, and I am grateful to be part of this beautiful nature.
Enjoy and appreciate our landscape and you will have a great time in our region.

Our digital buddy: our self-check-in kiosk, also affectionately called “Schmitti”, can be found directly in the entrance area of the Pension Schmittental – always ready to help you with your self-check-in.
Schmitti will ensure that your arrival goes smoothly. If you have not yet completed the online check-in or if you still have a payment outstanding, you can simply do it here. All you need is your reservation number - which you will receive from us on your booking confirmation before your arrival.
Schmitti not only helps you check in, but also shows you what you still have to pay. This way you can start your vacation with us in the apartment building or guest house stress-free. Simple and uncomplicated - just the way we like it!

Our dear “Resi”. Resi is our smart tablet and is available to you as a digital guest information point in the Pension Schmittental. She has all the information you might need during your stay.
With Resi you can find out everything about our house, the region, the summer card, bus timetables and exciting events that take place in the area. Whether you are looking for the best hiking trail, need tips for dinner or want to know where the next bus is - Resi has the answers.

Our "marmot den" is our versatile snack machine, filled to the brim with everything you could need. Whether snacks, sweets, nibbles or thirst quenchers such as water, juice and beer - here you will find everything your heart desires.
And for all of you who may have forgotten toothpaste, toothbrush or shampoo at home: don't worry! You can also get these in the marmot's den to squeeze out so that you are well taken care of. Conveniently, it is available to you around the clock. Whenever you get a little hungry or need something, our marmot's den is ready.
